Terms of Service for balivisaaus.com (Bali Visa AUS)

Last Updated: October 26, 2023

Welcome to balivisaaus.com, operated by Bali Visa AUS (“The Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, balivisaaus.com, and the visa consulting and facilitation services (“Service”) provided by us. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) and Bali Visa AUS. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

Bali Visa AUS provides professional consulting and facilitation services for individuals seeking various types of visas for Indonesia. Our Service includes, but is not limited to, assisting clients in understanding visa requirements, compiling necessary documentation, reviewing application forms, submitting applications to relevant Indonesian government authorities (such as immigration offices or embassies/consulates), and providing updates on application status.

Crucially, Bali Visa AUS acts solely as a facilitator and consultant. We do not issue visas, nor do we guarantee the approval of any visa application by the Indonesian government or relevant authorities. The final decision regarding visa approval, denial, or the length of stay rests solely with the Indonesian government, its immigration officials, or other designated bodies. We strive to provide accurate information and diligent support, but we cannot be held responsible for changes in government policies, processing times, or unexpected outcomes. We will keep you informed of any significant changes in requirements or procedures that come to our knowledge.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for your visa application. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to the denial of your application and potential legal consequences by Indonesian authorities.
  • Ensuring that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended period of stay in Indonesia, with sufficient blank pages for stamps.
  • Complying with all interview requests, biometric appointments, or additional documentation requests from the Indonesian authorities.
  • Adhering to all deadlines and instructions provided by Bali Visa AUS or the Indonesian government.
  • Understanding that government regulations and visa requirements can change without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to stay informed or rely on our guidance for updates.
  • Paying all applicable fees, including our service fees and any government-imposed application fees.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our consulting and facilitation services are clearly outlined on our website, provided in a quotation, or communicated directly to you before engagement. These fees are for the professional services rendered by Bali Visa AUS and do not include government visa application fees, biometric fees, courier charges, translation costs, or any other third-party expenses, which you will be responsible for separately. All fees are typically payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

Payment for our services is generally required upfront or as per the agreed payment schedule. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Services will only commence once the agreed-upon fees have been received. Failure to pay fees may result in delays or discontinuation of our services.

4. Refund Policy

Our commitment is to provide a high-quality service. However, due to the nature of visa consulting and the commencement of work upon engagement, our Refund Policy has specific conditions. Please refer to our separate and detailed Refund Policy page for comprehensive information regarding eligibility for refunds, the process for requesting a refund, and any applicable administrative charges. Generally, fees for services already rendered or costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bali Visa AUS, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the
