In such cases, Bali Visa AUS will process a refund of 80% of the total service fees paid to us. The retained 20% covers the administrative costs, initial consultation, document review, preliminary processing, and the resources allocated to your case up to the point of cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, time spent on initial assessment, advice provision, document checklist preparation, and any pre-submission checks.

To qualify for this refund, a written cancellation request must be received by Bali Visa AUS prior to the official transmission of your application to the Indonesian immigration department. We will verify the status of your application upon receiving your request to determine eligibility.

2. After Government Submission – 0% Refund Eligibility

Once your visa application documents have been officially submitted to the Indonesian government immigration authorities, Bali Visa AUS is unable to offer any refund. This means that 0% of the service fees paid to us will be refundable. This policy is in place for several critical reasons:

  • Government Fees: Government application fees, once paid, are typically non-refundable by the immigration authorities, regardless of the application outcome.
  • Service Rendered: By the point of submission, Bali Visa AUS has completed the core of its consulting service, including comprehensive document preparation, meticulous review, form completion, and the official submission process itself. Our expertise and resources have been fully expended to facilitate your application.
  • Irreversible Process: Once an application is submitted, it enters the official processing queue of the immigration department, and our ability to intervene or reverse the process for a refund becomes nil.

Therefore, we strongly advise clients to be certain of their decision to proceed before authorizing the final submission of their application to the Indonesian authorities.

Non-Refundable Circumstances (Exclusions)

Beyond the “After Government Submission” scenario, there are specific situations where refunds will not be issued, as these circumstances fall outside the scope of our service guarantee:

  • Client Misinformation or Non-Compliance: No refund will be issued if the application is rejected, delayed, or unsuccessful due to the client providing incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading information, or failing to provide requested documents, or failing to comply with instructions from Bali Visa AUS or immigration authorities in a timely manner.
  • Changes in Immigration Law/Policy: Unforeseen changes in Indonesian immigration laws, regulations, or policies that occur after your application has been submitted and negatively impact its outcome will not qualify for a refund.
  • Client Withdrawal Post-Submission: If a client decides to withdraw their application after it has been submitted to the immigration authorities, no refund will be provided.
  • Visa Overstay or Violations: This policy does not cover any issues arising from a client’s past or present immigration violations, including overstaying a previous visa, which may lead to application rejection.

Refund Process and Timeline

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:
